Junior Studio Assistant
We are looking for a young motivated person to help cover a range of responsibilities
in our Central London studio.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of
office support tasks, as well as production and animation support. This person will be
comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as
incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
General studio support
Archiving and running day to day errands
Supporting the creative team with research, art working, animation, film shoot assisting
Organise studio and assist colleagues in ways that optimise procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve studio-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Needs to have an interest in large format content production and show programming
A basic knowledge of the following software: Photoshop, After effects, C4D, In Design
Knowledge of office computer systems and software.

IT Technician/Data Manager
We are looking for an IT Technician/Data Manager for our new Central London Studio to
support our 20+ person team.
We need a motivated person with in-depth knowledge of the video content creation lifecycle,
who have experience managing a creative design studio’s IT infrastructure, including installing and maintaining multiple end-user computers, networks and systems (both Mac and PC), as well as software management and data archiving.
The role will cover general trouble shooting and the everyday running of studio computer equipment, servers and network. Alongside this, the role will include supporting the creative team with R&D,
pre-vis creation and 3D scanning.
Set up of workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, tablets, etc.)
Maintain full asset tag inventory, to include all shuttle drives and road gear
Management of software licenses, plugins and license servers to include but not limited to: Creative Cloud / Cinema 4D / Red Giant / Optical Flares / Deadline Render
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems, troubleshooting alongside
third party IT networking support services
Provide basic orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and
Ready systems for shipment when needed for technical rehearsals or live production
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance.
Upkeep of an organized IT storage depot
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Archiving all projects and upkeep of archive database
Liaise with third party vendors for back-end networking, suppliers and R&D support
Possible travel required
Available for weekend/afterhours work as necessary
Ability to troubleshoot via remote/offsite access
